Our approach
From the first in-home visit through the final clean-out, every step is designed to reduce stress and protect what matters most. You can choose each phase individually or all four as a package.
We start with an in-home consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and concerns. From there, we create a custom floor plan and space plan so your existing furniture fits beautifully in your new home, and help you select any new furniture or storage solutions based on your budget, lifestyle, and accessibility needs.
We guide you through what to keep, donate, sell, or discard - with care for what matters most to you. Our team handles sorting, decluttering, labeling, and inventory management, then carefully packs fragile and valuable items. We coordinate directly with movers, cleaners, haulers, and estate sale professionals to keep everything on track.
Once you arrive at your new home, we unpack and arrange your belongings, and our expert organizers set up your new storage solutions for an easy, enjoyable lifestyle. All packing materials are removed and the space is cleaned up. We stay available for follow-up support, and every move is supervised by our team.
For homes being sold, we coordinate estate sales and liquidation - from selecting and meeting with trusted estate sale professionals to arranging appraisals for valuables. We oversee the full clean-out process, donating, storing, or hauling unwanted items, and prepare the home for your realtor.

Meet Erica Reiter
A successful transition isn't measured in boxes packed or miles driven - it's measured in how safe, seen, and at home someone feels when it's over. That's the difference Erica brings: a truly holistic approach to senior transitions. With a Master of Social Work from USC and over 15 years walking alongside older adults through senior living's biggest chapters - including consulting work for respected senior communities like Hillcrest Homes and the LA Jewish Home for the Aging - she understands that a transition touches every part of a person's life at once: their memories, their independence, their sense of self.
Her background in design includes serving as a core designer for the furniture chain, Crate and Barrel, as well as having a key role as the principal buyer and merchandiser for her architectural design business, Boschian Interiors. Erica, along with her team, makes sure that your move is more than moving boxes - it is shaped so it feels like home! After relocating to Tucson in 2022, Erica founded Prime Time Living to bring this same holistic, whole-person approach - heart, home, and every detail in between - to seniors across Southern Arizona.
